Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian has said that he has no regrets over a switch to Old Trafford but admits that he is thinking about a return to Italy.
Darmian has been restricted to just eight starts and four substitute outings in all competitions this season, and it appears increasingly likely that the full-back will leave the North-West of England in the summer.
Juventus have been linked with a move for Darmian and the Italy international has acknowledged that he is “happy” to be associated with the Serie A giants.
The 28-year-old told Sky Sport Italia: “I’m living a great experience here in England. I’d say yes to United again. It’s one of the best clubs in the world. I won several trophies here but I miss Italy. Let’s see what happens at the end of the season.
“Now the priority is to end the season in the best way possible. Juventus? I have not decided yet. I am happy Juventus are interested in me. Juve are a great club and I am happy for that.”
Darmian has just over one year remaining on his contract at United.
