Manchester United are looking more and more likely to make the top four this season, and with that comes Champions League football. That will more than guarantee the Red Devils their pick of European talent and with the Antoine Greizmann deal up in the air Jose Mourinho has moved on to Andrea Belotti.
The Torino star has been phenomenal in Serie A and currently tops the scoring charts in Italy, despite playing for a mid-table side. The Azzurri international averages a goal every 105 minutes, with his total of 25 matched only by Edin Dzeko, and has laid on five assists to boot.
United’s problem has been finishing off their chances, and the 24-year-old would certainly cure that ill. With Wayne Rooney likely to be off and Zlatan Ibrahimovic injured, the north-west giants may even fund moves for both Belotti and Griezmann at a whopping £150m outlay.
