Manchester United have moved their interest in Danish wonderkid Kasper Dolberg to the next level, writes Neil Moxley in the Sunday People.
The 19-year-old Ajax striker – dubbed ‘the next Zlatan Ibrahimovic’ – was the subject of representation from Old Trafford at the highest level in midweek.
Red Devils’ boss Jose Mourinho detailed head of global scouting Marcel Bout to watch Dolberg in action.
And the youngster did not disappoint, as he found the net in Ajax’s 3-2 victory over Celta Vigo.
Dolberg has been turning heads in the Eredivisie, with skills such as a superb goal against PEC Zwolle in September which you can watch below.
Picking up the ball on the halfway line, the Dane turns two players inside out before running the length of the field.
Reaching the opponents’ box, Dolberg takes a shot so powerful it hits the bar TWICE as the ball crosses the line.
