Jose Mourinho is ready to sell Adnan Januzaj in the summer, slapping a price tag of just £8million on the Manchester United player’s head, reports claim.
The Portuguese tactician has been unimpressed with the Belgian’s progress since his arrival at the club and he’s now ready to cut the 21-year-old loose.
Januzaj is on loan with relegation battling Sunderland but it’s unlikely he will return to his parent club, according to The Sun.
He was initially valued by United at around £15m but Mourinho is set to cut his losses and take almost half that price for the attacker.
Ligue 1 side Lyon are thought to be keen on a move and will make a bid before the season’s end.
Januzaj was once seen as one of the hottest prospects in the country but he has fallen from grace in dramatic fashion.
His current deal expires in 2018 and he’s not expected to be offered a new contract.
