The new buy-out clause for Manchester United and Milan target Lincoln Corrêa dos Santos, well-known as Lincoln has been revealed, reports Fabrizio Romano.
Brazilian Lincoln, who currently connects his present with Brazilian club Flamengo, has emerged as one of the world’s hottest prospects.
The impact he made at last year’s Under-17 FIFA World Cup in India was immense as he netted three goals in seven matches. Even with the tender age, he has already made his senior debut for the Brazilian club.
Sky Sports Italy journalist, Fabrizio Romano reveals that a new release clause has been inserted into Lincoln’s new contract and clubs will now have to shell out £44.4m. to obtain the rights of the man, who has been nicknamed as ‘the new Adriano’ as he too is known for his speed power, much like the former Inter Milan striker.
While Juventus were also after the 17-year-old, they have now dropped their interest in the wonderkid because of his high cost. Even with the £44.4m. release clause, Italian giant Milan still want to sign Lincoln and Manchester United too, want to sign him.
