In-form Bundesliga forward ruled out summer move to Man Utd

Erling Braut Haaland has dismissed the possibility of departing from Borussia Dortmund this summer transfer window despite rumours linking him with a switch to hosts of European top teams.

Despite only moving to the Westfalenstadion in January, Norwegian forward has frequently been rumoured with a future move to either La Liga giants Real Madrid or Man Utd.

However, after founding back of the net 16 times in 17 games for Dortmund since his transfer from Red Bull Salzburg, the Norway international has reiterated that he sees his immediate future at Signal Iduna Park.

Speaking to WAZ, the 19-year-old said: “I’m living in the present, I’ve just arrived in Dortmund and I’m not thinking about leaving at all.”

A release clause, in Norwegian forward’s current contract, is believed to be set around £63m, is allegedly due to come into effect at the beginning of 2021.

Erling Braut Haaland has been one of the brightest talents in Europe at the moment and it’s not a big surprise to see top teams like Man Utd and Real Madrid circling around his head.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been a huge fan of his compatriot and keen on to lure him at Old Trafford one day but it seems to be not this summer.
