Premier League giants Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez could reportedly also spend the 2020-21 season on loan with Inter Milan.
The Chile international has joined Inter Milan on loan last summer and has played 16 games for the Italian heavyweights, founding back of the net once and provided three assists in the process.
As it stands, the 31-year-old forward is due to make a return to Old Trafford next month, and a recent report suggested that he could be used as a squad player by 20-times English champion’s next campaign.
However, according to Sky Italia, Inter Milan have recently held talks with the Red Devils to discuss the possibility of the South American remaining on loan at La Liga giants San Siro for the 2020-21 campaign.
Antonio Conte’s side allegedly have the option of securing the services of Sanchez on a permanent bais this summer, however, are not believed to be interested in a transfer at this stage.
The Chile international forward, who still has two years left to his current deal with the Red Devils has only scored five times in 45 appearances for his parent team since joining them from Arsenal in January 2018.
Sanchez is believed to earning around £380,000 per week at Old Trafford.
