European champions, Real Madrid have reportedly started to contemplate the idea of prioritising of signing Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Christian Eriksen over Man Utd superstar Paul Pogba.
Zinedine Zidane will be provided with the funds during the summer transfer window this summer, and French manager is known to be a fan of Manchester United’s record signing.
However, according to El Confidencial, the Los Blancos may instead make more effort to lure Christian Eriksen at Santiago Bernabeu.
The report claimed that the Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is wary about spending over the odds on Man Utd midfielder given the France international’s recent form for the Red Devils.
Real Madrid – in theory – also have more chance of securing the services of Eriksen, with the Danish playmaker having just over a year left on his current deal in North London.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are reportedly at the head of the queue for Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon prolific midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
