MAn Utd set to make approach for Wolves pacy forward

Manchester United reportedly intend to join the arch-rivals Liverpool in the race to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Adama Traore should they miss out on signing Jadon Sancho.

The 20-times English champions are expected to admit loss in their long-running pursuit of Jadon Sancho as they are way off Dortmund’s nine-figure price tag.

According to transfer expert Duncan Castles, the Red Devils may now instead focus on securing the services speedy wideman Traore to strengthen their attacking options for next campaign.

Traore has found back of the net four times and provided nine assists for Wolves in the Premier League this campaign and has been heavily touted as a transfer target for champions Liverpool.

La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have also been credited with an interest in the 24-year-old winger who has three years left on his current deal since his transfer from Middlesbrough back in 2018.

Liverpool and Man Utd also eyeing a summer move for another Wolves star Ruben Neves who has been tipped to depart from the Molenaux stadium ahead of the next season.

The Merseyside Reds and the Red Devils plan to strengthen their midfield area ahead of the next season and Neves has been on top of their radar.
