Manchester United have reportedly been informed that it would take at least £80m to secure services of Jack Grealish.
Rumours surrounding the Villa skippers future has intensified in the recent weeks after Dean Smith’s side managed to secure place in the Premier League only 1 point separates them from the relegation to Championship.
Grealish has openly revealed that he does not know if he has played his last match in a Villa jersey, and Man United are regarded as the frountrunners for the Englishman’s services.
However, according to the Mirror, Aston Villa co-owner Nassef Sawiris is not prepared to allow Jack Grealish to depart for less than £80m despite the financial impact from the coronavirus pandemic.
Grealish has just under three years left to run on his current contract at Villa Park, however, the report suggests that the 24-year-old is yet to push for a new contract and is desperate to play for a team competing in the Champions League.
The Villa captain played 36 games in the English top-tier for Smith’s side in the 2019-20 season, providing eight goals and six assists in the process.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa another star Tyron Mings has been also rumoured with a switch to Old Trafford and Villians value him at £25-30m.
