Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is reportedly determined to leave club and sign for Juventus in next summer’s transfer window.
The France international was heavily linked with a move away from the Red Devils ahead of the 2019-20 season, with both Juventus and Real Madrid have expressed interest to secure his services.
Zinedine Zidane’s side could not agree on a fee with the 20-times English champions, though, and Paul Pogba started the campaign in the Red Devils first XI having been strongly involved in their preparations for the new season.
France International midfielder has not featured for Man Utd since the end of September following an ankle problem, which is expected to keep him on the sidelines until the next year.
Despite keeping the Frenchman over the summer, the Red Devils are widely expected to agree to a sale next summer, and according to Tuttosport, the France international midfielder wants to make a return to Juventus.
The world-cup winning midfielder won four straight Serie A trophies with the Serie A champions before moving back to Old Trafford, where he has struggled to to shine and reach his best form.
The report adds that Serie A champions will attempt to secure the services of the midfielder, who allegedly came close to making the switch to PSG over the summer, for a figure in the region of £110m.
Pogba’s current contract with the 20-times English champions will run until the summer of 2021, although the Red Devils have the option to extend his stay for one more year.
